My conviction is that Mozart, having been capable of writing his A minor Rondo, and Chopin having known the beauty in his 2nd movement of his Piano Concerto no.1 would find little inspiration, not even stimulation in music that actually tests the limits of the ear drums. Beethoven surely would resent any kind of music that help with deafness.

Sorry, I'm being a little defensive, but I don't know how to compare the species of classical music to metal.

this is garbage compared to the original game in the early 80's . the original had no music which was one of the greatest things about it ... instead of listening to the same loop of crappy music over and over again . it reminds me of a porn flick . the constant movement of the game is also horrible and just obnoxious as well . nuff said .

Tempest 2000 on the Atari Jaguar console. In my opinion the best game on the Atari Jaguar and also superior when compared to ported versions. There's nothing quite like T2K on the Jag ;=)

I agree, but from my understanding, and research, the Jaguar was damn hard to program for, So most games never took full use of the system, similar thing happened with the Sega Saturn, neither company gave great 3rd party developer support for either system as well.

yeah, i'm keeping my jag, just to play tempest 2k occasionally. to watchers who haven't played it, once u do play it, it just draws u in, addictive and simple, but nice gameplay. Anyone should go and try the lastest version of Typhoon 2001 - its superb, the best "tempest" since the jag one, modern visuals and same addictive play, that many of the other ports and versions never really got hang of.
