It's not a one month process if you want to do it healthy, eating less calories and doing cardio is enough but you should also look what other ingredients the food? you eat have just to keep you healthy otherwise. Slow metabolism makes losing fat slower but that's only what it does, it makes it slower... the method to lose fat is still the same.

And the types of food you eat impact significantly your body.
