@SimsCat988 Kempff doesn't need to play only with emotions - he plays the essence and? depth of the song (as he sees it). In fact, a musician should always be energetic inside (he may not show it), when he performes - otherwise he cannot play as he wants. Kempff's playing is very subtle.

I really don't like his version, I prefer Rubinstein version, he plays the Sonata slower and with more feeling. Kempff is a great pianist, but his performance of the Monlight Sonata doesn't touch me at all? (it is just a personal opinion).

When I started to listen to it? all the time I didn't notice anything for a while, I thought "maybe i'm just tired because of school or something" but even on no school days I had fatigue. And then I read that heavy metal can cause malaise in adults. That study with the rats also said it decreases IQ because of the irregular rythms in rock, it causes a chaos in the brain and it slows your thinking.

It does range from the arithmetic sequence of measures to the trigonometric functions of certain pitches when written music as well. For example one octive is exactly a freuqncy ratio of 1:2 and that's why it sounds so the most harmonious, other chords have different ratios; the more complex the less harmonious the chord is.

@Oryix It wasn't done in a single run, but probably not because she made mistakes. They often have her play pieces multiple? times to get different camera angles. The 3rd Movement of the Moonlight Sonata is not terribly difficult, actually -- it is only of moderate-ish difficulty, so a virtuoso like Valentina is perfectly capable of playing it start to finish, with no technical errors.

both Beethoven and Beethoven's 2nd were the best. When I watched Beethoven's 3rd, I stopped after 15 minutes into that movie, and discontinued my interests on the further adventures of Beethoven. Yes, I know for many movie lovers and pet lovers alike, they think of it? like a modern day Lassie, but to me the Beethoven movies are not the same without Charles Grodin, Bonnie Hunt, and the three kids who acted as Ryce, Ted, and Emily. Kind of? like the Home Alone sequils without Macaulay Calkin.
